2. Stable Electricity: Stable electricity is a catalyst for development. Also, if there is no electricity then there is no internet (and many other things) and I've already mentioned what happens when there is no internet.

1. Stable Internet connection: A good road that connects the paddy fields and the town speeds up the transport of good and development happens faster. In today's world, a stable internet connection is like a road that connects a paddy field (Kohima) to the town (Rest of the world) which will results in a faster development of the paddy field (Kohima).

Amidst all the fine details & great suggestions, always step back and take a look at the bigger picture - Kohima smart city needs to Plan wisely - take a deep & realistic look whats going on well in Kohima, what going wrong in Kohima, and what trends will be like 20 years from now. And how in a strategic way we could affect those trends.
- Government needs to impart a sense of ownership to everybody in the process of development

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat had a street improvement project - where the city's Municipal improved one street as an example to show how streets could be designed well. They drew inspiration from Bogota city's rapid bus transport system - less cars, more efficient. So also Kohima smart city could take up & create a wholly new design for the main city road from Old MLA hostel police point till the North PS police point, as an example for other streets and roads.

- Introduce Digital Water & light bill meters [even wireless meters?]. Make bills more accurate and not overcharged, less public frustration, and more trust in Govt.
- In Bogota city, columbia - traffic has rapid transport system - people come in and out of public buses fast - in seconds, and bus moves onward. Speeds up traffic. Create separate routes & lanes for buses, creates space.
- More bicycles in Kohima! Create separate lanes, healthy, and even creates sense of equality! #Kohima
