A good and luxury Public transport (City Bus) probably with many seating capacity, so as to do away with old 1970's city bus, and this will also reduce in the use of private vehicles for transportation.

Make smart use of Renewable energy. Kohima suffers from insufficient power supply.It is already declared a solar city.We need to partner with experts/company for transfer of technology and knowledge and work on generation of solar energy for power generation both for institutions and domestic purposes.

The old sectt n old mla hostel area must be redeveloped. It is THE most centrally located part of the city which can be developed into a modern marketing / parking/ multi-utility complex of d highest standard

The city's climate is also known to be extremely suitable for pharmaceutical industries. This aspect needs consideration coz that would generate revenue n more importantly employment avenues to our local unemployed youths
