Installation of video sensors in and around kohima to ensure safety to the people living in it .Police can use video sensors to manage crowds or spot crime .Video sensors would really help the Police work on a triage type of response. Nagaland is known as one of the safest state for woman in India, let us continue to uphold this title and make nagaland a more safer place .

Laying of OFC and Water pipes on the road has destroyed most of our roads. Lets construct an underground channel/tunel through which our pipelines and OFCs can be laid. All those OFC companies and Pipe laying agencies can be asked to pay a fee or lease/rental. This will generate income for thw municipal too. And finally it ll clear our roads and drainages of all the cluters.

1. Daily traffic jam had cast a spell on people to be in slow mode just like the tortoise
2. Restriction of owning a vehicle could help in reducing the traffic jam, too many unwanted vehicles.
3. Good transportation can play the vital role in increasing the tourist in Nagaland. Air,rail & road etc....
4. Nightlife and bazaar will increase the revenue of bussinessmen and local vendors.
5. Banning the chewing of tobacco, paan and tamul and in the public area can keep the city sparkling.

We need so many things to be donw for Kohima. Getting a decent house is one particularly for people coming from outside. Lets build good housing infrastructure at Dobashi lane. The old govt quarters can be demolished to optimize use of scarce land. Space will be available then for construction of parks which are absent at present. Dobashi at Kitsubozou Ward can be transformed into a modern Municipal Ward through such initiatives. At the same time streamline the water supply system in the ward.

Transportation is the main key for development. Roads conditions are too poor, no air connectivity, accidents keep happening because of poor condition of the road. Its high time for a change in Kohima, the so called "capital of Nagaland".

Airport at least within 5-10 km within Kohima vicinity. Lack of easy access to kohima becomes a hindrance for people wishing to visit Kohima for official, business, holidays. They end up spending 3 days just to travel to Kohima. Because for people in metros and other hubs, time is money, even a single day is precious.
