The Beaurocracy is most Piller of the democracy and all the programmes and schemes are implemented thru them in a hierarchical mannar. Sometime , the departments look after by them , are not related to them , or simply can say they does not have expertisation in that particular sector. If govt continue to make a selection procedure to appoint professionals from different sectors thru a tough procedure of selection , then such departments may surely be benefitted with their expertisation.

We all have to work in progressive way it sounds odd but I think that is a solution, if we keep on blaming each other will not solve the problems but if all of us take a notiona personally it will definitely make a difference.

The central government Departments like judiciary,Incometax,Election Directorate,,CBl,IAS and IFS are considered as most coveted services in India. But as lakhs of aspirants every year are ambitious to join Central government Services its imperative that Indian government should give a proper justification to vacancies in each states without encouraging jobs reservations based on SC/ST.There should be ststewise creation of vacancies for each posts irrespective of any political bias.

As number of Govt. Servants and their family members are availing CGHS medical facility and spend lot of time for taking medicines from the Dispensaries. Why not Govt. start providing on line medicines to its employee both working and retired, it will save lot of their time and govt will also able to get better rates for the medicines and also avoid pilferages.
