All Govt Rules must be updated and have no back reference in either circular. Take for example Leave Rules, pay fixation etc.

All the government officials who are working on people issues or connecting with people related to various work should be closely monitored which can reduce corruption. Many officials actually work only after accepting money from the people

In today's time there is a major problem faced by young bright minds in india
1. Scholarship in India should not be merit based it should be need based or can say financial aid
2. There should be some cut off in reservation provided to weaker section of society
3. Provide high salary to bright minds of India
I hope my suggestion will contribute something in development of my lovely nation

As we all know that Indian women and children are suffering from anemic in rural areas,to solve this issue,1. Include one(1) KG of RAGI powder/grains in their monthly ration needs and 2.from the starting month of pregnancy, government should provide nutritional food for them in their near by health centers under proper guidance till delivery so that our future generations should be strong with no major health problems.

No doubt the systems, policies, procedures are elaborate in Central Govt offices. But whether it can be practiced completely in all circumstances is a matter of debate. The monitoring body looks at every move and decision suspeciously. So employees feel better don’t act & resort to “management by postponement” . 1. looking at employees & decisions suspeciously need to be minimized. 2. In urgent cases employees need to be permitted to take a decision, by passing hierarchy and approvals
