To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

There must be a drastic and revolutionary changes in the validation procedure 1. All types assessment are to be in digital form and to be saved for at least 10 years. 2. Different evaluation criteria to be followed for traditional colleges, professional colleges, technical institution and other higher education centres. 3. Accreditation should be limited for 2 years only. 4. A common requirement of minimum attendance is to be followed. 5. Minimum percentage of marks to pass the examination to be fixed at 50 .

The indigenous Indian Education System has vivacious expertise of skill and knowledge..... 1. Institutes have lesser opted environment (and Policies) for extensive penetration to the most unpriveleged (am not even talking of underprivileged) lot of students. 2. Faculty throughout be uniformly equipped with tech, simulation , out of the class and development of students irrespective of being heterogeneous and learning environment not being student- centric. Happy Teachers Day -Every Day is.

I like to express; 1. Recent trends in Education are likely to provide Education with the use of older theoretical models, now slightly moving towards tech. or digital platforms. For Ex. Old NCERTs were completely theoretical (But very informative which can't be studied by the newer generation) though they were following a storytelling format, New NCERTs are a blend of Graphics and Activities (Awareness developer by the sense of applications which this generation are not able to understand) In support, I am in favor that we should be having a sense of "Periodic Assessments" whether it is for schools or Colleges. 2. About Accreditations I would like to suggest that we can pamper more on the "Credit Exchange" method for Higher Studies which can open the gates globally and Western Edu. Services for Indian students. Hence it is Vital too. Please check and comment. https://www.nationalskillsnetwork.in/from-self-discovery-to-career-success-the-power-of-psychometric-testing/

please implement centre school which have 5_8 villages around them.put transport facilities to children with auto, small bus etc.otherwise pay the transport charges to parents.they send their own way. In this method no appointment of teachers to all villages.no provide of basic needs to schools.no part-time workers. no problem on minimum strength. no buildings wastage..if this system implements no private schools will run. inspection will be strengthened. Compton will be increased.. job opportunities for drivers. this type of schools have more strength. periods will be run softly. each class have one teacher.all teachers will be engaged..if more students sections will be opened.intease days private schools are run with more density because they are sent vans to villages.and pickup the students. so this cause students not available in villages.
