8. Career clusters are created and it should reach all higher class or college students. Probably as per program called JA( Junior Achievement) what we have done in corporate CSR activities, we used to train 8th to 12 th students career clusters, various job nature , environment etc. Because every one should not take same curriculam. So that job will be fulfilled and they can take own interest.
9. Similarly 2 career combined like doctor profession but specialization in dental, if communication is good, engineering means combining these two talent, can become like consultant. Similarly two talents combining, selection based on interest etc can be a parameters.
10. Knowing what is available in careers or knowing career clusters.

Continue.. and clinical training are restricted from practice and prescribe medications. This disparity in scope and authority raises concerns about the utilisation of highly trained pharmacy professionals and the delivery of optimal health care services to our citizens. The pharmacy act 2015 was introduced with the objective of Standardising pharmacy practice and providing a framework for the regulation of the profession. However it's implementation has been delayed, leading to an unfortunate gap in utilising the expertise and skills of Pharm D graduates. These professionals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and competencies to provide comprehensive patients care, including medication management, monitoring therapy, and improving health outcome.
By allowing Pharm D graduates to practice and prescribe medications, we can address several pressing issues in our health care system. Firstly it would help alleviate the burden on our already strained health care cont.

Every industry needs a specific talent or skill or knowledge level... So if that can be categorised into various topics in school or colleges.... Say differential calculus gets a score and that will be taken into account if that person is applying for that particular job which require that particular skill
And rather having an annual assessment exam on all topics together mugging up and vomiting in the year end and mounting pressure on kids what if they do a planned topic based assessment...! May give a better chance for the entire group of kids to do a research on a specific topic study together understand and attend the exams...
Actually with the current system I studied the entire topics in the last 3 months before the exam when I was in 12th, may be this will actually help students to know which industry they are skilled for
Debate - may or may not work

some suggestions for reforms that can strengthen periodic assessment and accreditation of all higher educational institutions: 1. Encourage continuous assessment: Institutions should be encouraged to adopt continuous assessment practices with regular feedback sessions. This will ensure that students receive timely feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, and help faculty members tailor their teaching methods to meet the needs of their students. 2. Emphasize on quality assurance: The focus of accreditation should shift from compliance to quality assurance. Accreditation agencies should work closely with institutions to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on how to achieve these improvements. 3. Promote use of technology: Accreditation agencies should encourage institutions to leverage technology to improve teaching and learning outcomes. This will help institutions become more efficient and effective in delivering education.

The Honourable Prime Minister , Modi Sir.

I hope your attention will help maximum students and unemployed graduates of Doctor of Pharmacy ( Pharm D) who are still fighting for their right like Andra pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and other states. If there are accreditation standards, checking for the same in periodic assessments will serve the purpose.
Fine can be imposed on institutions for non compliance with the standards

Any of academic guides don't know how to guide PhD students. So they need to be guided by reader of the university. I am one of this victim. Even after I spent 7 years, I can't publish a single research paper as my guide don't know clear working, academic and knowledge definitions. Still my phd is on board. You might strange to know but the guide is from physical research laboratory. I can't reveal his name here. Some of the students are hanged themselves because of frustration. I have also that thought but I am strong enough to fight with such thoughts. I am goint through very critical situations like no permanent job, no marriage, mental disturbance, need to answer everybody for my phd, etc.
The rules should be framed to prepare a guides are:
1. If any scientist, academical faculty or any industrialist wants to be a guide, he/she should be strongly supervised by university reader faculty. Such guides should keep in trainy guide ship category. Please see comments for more..
