To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

Every human being has infinite potential, if he / she is channelised in proper direction. If we pour water and fertiliser to a tree which is infected with insects and other microorganisms it will not serve the purpose to benefit the society. In the same way it is absolutely necessary to induce the Devine Values to both boy child and girl child. Therefore it is good to have “ Beti Bachao” movement combined with culturing higher human values into the lives of both girls and boys.

More stress has to be given and sound unfailing strategies to be founded with unfailing objectives to inject Sanatan Sanskaras and Ageless Culture into the minds of the girl child right from early child hood. This could be achieved by transforming the education system to traditional Vurukuls. Examples of Gargi, Shankutala, Sita, Ahalyabai, Meera, Laxmibai and many others should feature in the chapters of the subject on “ Bharathiya Sanskaras and Culture based ancient sciences”…

Dear PM Sir, 90 percent of the present marriages at their marriageable age, particularly for working women land in divorce, just after few years of marriage. The present day girls are more and more becoming arrogant and money minded, “ FAMILY FIRST” is absolutely forgotten. It has become “Money First”. The nation is absolutely suffering from sound future citizens while citizens from other religion are compounding. This is a grave danger to the nation…

Namaste sir. NEP implementations are in progress. All countries appreciated our NEP. Even though the difference between the old Education policy and New Education Policy implementation may be listed. Highlighting of NEP is need for the hour, because rural students are not aware about benefits and the teaching staff may be asked to conduct samvads. Because of Internal politics and politically motivated staff are not interested to spread the positivity of our Central government efforts. They above problems found mostly in Government funded Institutions. I request UGC and Ministry of Education to take necessary efforts in smooth running of the Institutions to ensure the Development in Education. Then only NIRF ranking of the Government Institutions may be good. This is the need for the hour to save our Government Institutions. Like NIRF ranking for the Institutions, Ranking of Teaching staff may be listed every year. Accreditation may be strengthened. Jai hind

Sir Principals in railway school are selected from POST GRADUATE TEACHER(PGT) .which include teachers of science arts and commerce stream and is exclusively based on seniority . some PGTS donot have the minimum norms of 55%..Railway is a govt. organization .the selection of principal should be like KVS and NVS,Army and ,ITBP school, which is based on written examination. some principals donot have minimum knowledge to run school which can be abolished, if selection of Principals is like kvs nvs etc. This will enhance the education system in Railway schools and will cascade knowledgeable education towards students
