To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

whatever education syllabus we prepare, same need to come in use, irrevant material or manipulated topic make generation confusion. we need to make student logical & practical. time to time we Need reconciliation, to understand short coming , one date must be fixed in year to discuss debate need of the time. bad visionary spoiled our education pattern, gurukul pattern was highly refined to make "vishwamanav". whatever good changes we make ,if bad come in power should not spoil again.

Every employee is a live asset for the organization and Govt Govt should make necessary laws, which ensure: 1). Equal protection and security to Government as well as Non Govt Employees, Labour 2). The Job Offer Letter for Every employee (Govt or Non GOvt) - should have standard and same Duties and Rights 3). 24X7 Helpline for all employees -set up by Govt 4).

Every rule that you make must have rule engine software that works seamlessly for end user to continuously comply or check for compliance and it must be up 99.99% of the time in a year. Paper based sending notice or human dependent to check compliance is way too old and does not work at scale anymore.

Respected Sir, (1) Our education system is completely as Tec-based education, but not for Research related. Earlier Indians are in whole world as in Key Manager Personnel. (2) But, now I feel that there is a drastic down fall to reach that stage due to our education system. (3) Encouraging of students to study Science / Maths / Social based subjects to compete with others in the global & strengthen our young generations' position in top for ever. (4) Focus on running of more educational institutions under Govt. of India and State Governments with best faculty, which is an assurance to all as faculty will be filtered through various tests for their job. (5) Create a All India level post for education i.e. Indian Education Services like IAS, IPS etc., and as well as for Medical. ( Indian Medical Services) (6) Considering of senior most teachers or lecturers or professors thoughts for solving these issues instead of other field officials thoughts.

भारतीय संस्कृति शिक्षा के साथ साथ कला का भी सृजन करती है आज के दौर में शिक्षा का बोझ नए विद्यार्थी पर इतना बड़ गया है कि वे स्वयं का विकाश भी नहीं कर पा रहे हैयान की मोबाइल और ऑनलाइन नेटवर्किंग हर क्षेत्र में जरूरी है पर शिक्षा के साथ साथ शारीरिक कौशल और प्रकृति की जानकारी पेड़ पौधों के रक्षा व उनके महत्व को भी बताना चाहिए शुरुआती शिक्षा के साथ साथ उसे प्रकृति से प्रेम करना पशु पक्षी के बारे में बताना और पारस्थितिक तंत्र में उनकी मौजूदगी के महत्व समझाना चाहिए

Kyu ki aaj sari duniya main social media app jesha Instagram,facebook, snapchat, jesha app bohat famous h, jo humara data collection karta h or phir baad main sale kar deta h, india ko aab zaroorat h ki apna college study material ko change kare or usma practical knowledge pa jada focus kare na theory pa main Computer sicence ka student hun, or main gov. Se kahna chahta hu ki IT/ CS students k syllabus main faltu k subject ko remove kar k usma programing project banwane chahiye taki her student kuch new develop kare India k liya social media app banaye, college ussa wo knowledge de jissa wo aage ussa kuch bana sake, na ye bataye ki issa ye ho jayega issa ye, balki kuch new bana na sikhaya, jesha india ka khud ka AI genrative AI, social media apps, browser, search engine etc. Or main chahta hun ki government bhi isma support kare or her kadam pa college pa nazar rakhe.

Accreditation is a best practice to upgrade higher education and associated activities. There are some issues, needs to be prioritized: Research work (PhD) yet not fully started in degree colleges of Uttar Pradesh; this impact the researcher, research facility as well as the faculty members, who are willing to participate in research activities. Without guidance of PhD, faculties are not eligible for further promotion and be an applicant to other higher educational institutes, i.e., University. The strict norms should be followed those not completing the A & A timely. Lack of institutional infrastructure and student support in Degree colleges affect the A&A outcome. Quarterly report could be sought from colleges (all type) those fall in the A & A process, and the report should be analyzed for prompt action from authorities, Department of Higher Education, this will increase the interest level of institutions to get involved in NAAC/ NIRF process. 08 June 2023, Obra

Assessment and accreditation has not generated the expected goal of empowering higher education institutions to excellence. Ideally, the present accreditation mechanism expects institution to make a serious , inspired and honest effort for introspection through a self study to realise its deficiencies and gaps based on certain key performance indicators and benchmarks. But the process, over the years has been diluted by the institutions and accrediting agencies to very low levels , similar to the approach of students preparing for the exam. Accreditation is approached as an one time qualifying exam by institutions , without any vision for excellence. We need to generate practically India relevant performance indicators and bench marking parameters based on real performance excellence of institutions, teachers, students, truly demonstrated by achievements, relevant for developing the best manpower for India to emerge as a Super power ...Contd (file )
