To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

1. Please check on mal practices involved in admission process. This denies deserving students losing their hard earned seats to those with access to easy money / connections.. or even forcing average Indian citizens to pay for seats of their choice. 2. Please assess the exam and evaluation criteria followed by the educational institutions, if they really judge and reflect the student’s performance. 3. Please asses the curriculum and teaching methodology followed, is it really equipping the students with ability to innovate and job readiness or just churning out last min.. mid night oil burning.. mark oriented talent. 4. Please assess based on the encouragement given to research and innovations rather than rote learning.

current education system can ever taught you . Corporates are just destroying our youth's potential they just tie them to a certain package's restricting there potential. It doesn't add any values to a human being just treating them like a (Dog) with a dog collar on there necks of which the employees are proud of . Sports should be made compulsory in every educational curriculum. Sports create character... Corporates create robots who just create people with lack of mental and physical fitness.. Sports should be promoted there should be marks for students who are good in physics fitness and the educational institutions should include an exam in there curriculum which is based on sports without giving this exam the students shoul not be able to get the degree sports is essential to mental and physical upbringing of a child who is now days just following society . parents don't support there children's for sports they just want them to do studies like jee/Ca/. youth is our future .

First of all you guys should make each and every student and parents also aware of what actually NEP 2020 is .In NEP 2020 there should be 50 % practical and 50%theory . Also practical should be based on one's creative answers and not learned one . Government should support more on skill based works and not in degrees. All these things need awareness.
