To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

I think private school teachers are more hard working than government lecturers and school teachers. Actually private school’s teacher are building new India Students. That’s why govt must do something for them. They are signing on high payment sheets and getting lowest wages this is the most concerning thing.

Report should include mandatory assessment of higher education institutions every quarter to ensure outcome and quality based education is provided to the stakeholders. Especially for Engineering colleges (other than IIT's and NITs) so called higher education institutions should be made to possess NIRF ranking within 200 otherwise the AICTE accreditation and other approval should be revoked by the committee.

many take education only for degree, and enjoy collage life, it amount to waste of resources of the family and education productivity. other student who are serious also the campus environment. We need to change wrong family social status Belief, everyone who taken degree is masterpiece, or fit for marriage, passport restrictions, other unrelated restrictions. But education at primary level must be compulsory, everyone must learn to read 📚 and writing ✍️, with logical knowledge, correct history to make proud Hindustani. after 10th class education department need to understand family and student wish like and dislikes,if family and student want to run own business, such expertise education provided (with degree) if any poor has wish and quality to become he can attend to get productivity of education.

Idea to change country's green space with commercial  benefit to millions of Indians and bring agricultural output high with environment and health benefits .. 1. Creating a separate body or organization under Govt to govt and commerce dept 2. PROJECT  : massive plantation of fruit bearing trees or cash crop trees with long life plants A. Plantation on govt unused lands ; beside highways , all roads , railway tracks and barren lands not being used  .. Total available lands could be in millions of acres B. IN INDIA , majority of people can't afford fruits . Excess production could make prices affordable to all and open exports door , food processing industry growth C. Improves health and reduce govt and public Healthcare cost in long run D. Reduce pollution and makes country greener  . would promote agriculture , food processing industry , Trade commerce and economy E. Plant those trees which suits that state/ region climate so no additional maintenance cost needed after
