To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

The essence of Good Governance and well being of Society, Nation and whole globe must reflect in the National Education System with affirmative approach and orientation.

Suggested Reforms . 1. Transparency Report Matrix updated Quarterly on Gov Education portal based on Adaptation to changing environment for both the Professors & Students. 2. A Student Contribution Table for Each Institution where the Achievements of a student to be seen to be an effort for contributing to education system. Hence ,a scholarship to the individual student for further students or else refund of partly Fees. 3. Mindset Chart : The Institutions may shift the Thought process to a Higher Mindset of Solving Problems with simplicity which can be self endorsed in GoI. The enrolled students may do so with initiative. 4. Public Speaking ,Debating ,Speeches as an art form & Skill to be an elective in Higher Institutions leading to a thought process of Communication . 5. Distance Learning / short Online certification on a chapter of interest to a student may be initiated where a student & Professor may join in to get the best webinar Review across world

Sir, pension is mandatory for senior citizens. It is the facility of security for senior citizens as per the present scenario. First point is for job, please make the education centralized from primary to university. All privatisation should be stopped. This will solve unemployment. The govt. has the responsibility to set better school as per the ongoing scenario. Second point is pension, the govt should provide these facilities to all govt. employees. We know that our mutual funds returns are very good. They give double money after 3 to 5 years. We need to ask our govt. employees how much money they want to invest for pension planning with tax benefits and give them flexibility to switch their pension amount after 10 years of retirement or if they want all. Maximum 50% of investment should be allowed and this all arrangements should be done by the govt. IIM experts and financial ministers need to manage these all. This will solve unemployment, better schooling and pension questions.

The New Education policy must impart values, ethics, principles, morals in Education Curriculum for building Essence of Good Governance with mainstream of Nationalism throughout the Territory of Republic of India irrespective of classification and discrimination.

The Indian Education System carries the heritage of learning and values. The contribution factor of periodic internal assessments is less than half of the external final assessment. Unlike the pattern of internal 30% & 70% weight age of final assessment so my submission is the CCA / internal periodic assessment should carry 60-70 % and final to 30-40 %

assalamualaikum sir mai rizwana khan . hello mr.prime minister shree Narendra Modi mai aap se kuch kahena chati hu humare India mai kisi bhi jagha Kahi bhi ager koi government school hai to kya unme koi sudher hona chiaya ya nahi humare haryana mewat all school mai sayed esa nahi hai kuch esa state hai jaha gareeb logo ko suraksha milti hai mager kuch esa state bhi hai jaha government colleges ya government school mai esi suraksha nahi hai mr.narendre Modi ji mai aap se anurodh karna chati hu ki aap kisi bhi government school ya college mai Jaye aur unki conditions dekhe aur gov.school mai teacher bhi ache qualified hone chiya taki sabhi students ko achi knowledge mil sake any way sir mera khyal se gov. school mai sayed teacher bhi apna time pass he karte hai kuki mane kai esa school mai dekha hai ki government colleges ya gov school mai he nahi aaj kal to private school mai bhi esa hone laga hai . sir school students ke liya ek taraha se unki adhi life hoti ha. thankyou sir .
