All phd program needs to be run by Ministry of education followed by a panel because this is the highest education in india and also contributes in development. All the private universities, deemed universities are engaging guides without any proper guidance so the quality of guide is compromised and so the students academic career, too. All guides who are guiding phd scholars need to be strongly monitored by Govt. University reader in accordance with ministry of education for 10 years and thr scholarship should be provided to students who are pursuing PhD degree as a govt. salary format.

Construct good institution with modern technology.
Bring local langauge concept or politics will start
Only qualified teachers.
Remove autonomous institution concept .
Checkmate for higher education fee.
Bring strict rule for govt lecturers /;teachers. Most of the time they bunk more than their students.
Remove private mafia . All are equal

All institutes should have practical lessons compulsory as many universities don't provide that much practical knowledge required for job level.
Job based skills should be added in course curriculum for advancement of Indian education system.

Good morning sir,Claiming me as first generation graduate is sweetest thing in my life..yes of course, I am 51 years old and before 31 years if I was so..it is ok.But now also we feel proud that a person comes as first time graduate..means situation has not changed.Still people in our country lose their education because of their poverty..what can we do to eradicate this?We have sarva siksha abiyan scheme to educate all at the free of cost upto 8 th std..Now it can be increased upto even Hsc.,After making enough studies it can be implemented..2.And even in govt organizations children are placed for job..it can be avoided by making a portal for un organised sector employees and their details should be fed in.

I think what is extremely important in higher education is to increase focus on education. Students be empowered to focus on their career. I feel substance abuse is a greater barrier to student careers. If we can have a CCTV on all pan-bedi shops and not allow students to consume pan-beedi and cigarettes out of college. Instead when they ask for these substances, they're handed over leaflets of courses they can study to pursue their careers. Age-limit to access to alcohol and substance be increased to 24 years. Students need to be made aware of schemes provided by the government. Lack of awareness and financial struggles make students drop-out and take different ways instead of building a career.
