To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

Instead of distributing free mobile phones, scooters or other tech to toppers the government should instead invest the money in Improving Educational Infra. of the cities. on the basis of number of students crossing the limit of scores decided by the givernment then instead of distribution of tech we would be able to make world class libraries for the people which will benifit all it will increase resources generate employment and even make students use more of their time on books instead of on mobiles. as private libraries are also not affordable for all this will benifit a large population. There are more than 30 regulatory authorities among them NCTE and NAAC are underperforming since their inception, there fore reshuffle the committee concerned consisting with the person of mission not mere a passionate about profession. If privately owned campus is unable to comply then apply the same decision to them instead discrimination in the action generally meted to the campus built and run by state exchequer.. Today every thing has become online and pupil also eager to attend their classes even practical experiment in online, which brings an absolute absence of on to one interactive session of under real class room environment. We must appoint a team of genuine regulators who will be ready to serve on the spot instead calling the non compliers in the head quarters. Finally it must be kept in mind quantity doesn't confirm quality and quality would not appear in any campus unless we can shape our policy as per global requirements. There is not a single university of global stand

The New Education system should make Inner Engineering - A Yogi's Guide to Joy compulsory in high schools and colleges. This should be hands-on training for the students to live boundlessly and turn graceful. This would gradually make the upcoming youth of India mentally more stronger and hence increase their level of thinking as well as their experience of life.
