Have measurable concrete Standards which outline what students need to know, understand & be able to do. Standards should be relevant to future employment & education needs. Have instructions in standards that help students learn the information & skills. Professional teachers should be empowered to make decision for effective learning rather than particular education model policy. Social promotion should be discouraged. Students should be rated on their actual learning achievement than age or institutions they belong. Have No child left behind Act in place for education & skills. Promote pure science & pure mathematics. Have criterion reference test (compared to norms test) which uses score to generate a statement about scientific behavior that can be expected of students. Reform mathematics which emphasises practical applications rather than abstract academic mathematics. Have outcome based education where each student achieved their goals. Have work based learning for SEZ incentive

It's commendable to see that the Government of India is taking steps to address concerns and improve the accreditation and ranking systems for higher educational institutions. The constitution of a High-Level Committee to consider strategic reforms aligning with the National Education Policy 2020 indicates a commitment to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of higher education in the country.
The focus on introducing a simple, trust-based, objective, and rationalized system for approval, accreditation, and ranking of higher educational institutions is crucial for ensuring transparency, fairness, and credibility. The integration of technology-driven modern systems and the establishment of a verifiable and secured centralized database can significantly streamline the process, making it more efficient and reliable.
The consideration of methodologies that promote Ease of Doing Business for stakeholders and empower students to make informed choices while selecting institutions
