To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until August 15, 2023.

Honorable PM Dear Modi , Plan a reform to increase Currency value and make a reform to globalise our currency, Then only the citizens of country will be respected . make products to sell globally with independent technology and material and process derived from research institutes. Make reform such that every higher educated student develop specification, standard ,process indigenous for the use of country and sell globally. make laws to control the population and increace the leving standard of every citizen. not to leave like slaves and suffering . Bharath is a very rich country in the world , Inhabited by poor minded people .... So need reforms to convert poor minded to rich minded through education reforms quality food system , quality clothing system etc etc .. develop own technology every day and stop importing every thing .

I think that there should be more focus on learning more about what the subject is rather than just focusing on marks and ranks. A good alternative would be to make the students write detailed reports on the topic or subject that they are learning and grading them based on the quality of the paper that they turn in.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी सादर प्रणाम 🙏 Regarding the reformation of our educational institutions, I would like to mention one of the burning problems which our society has been facing since years after years 'RAGGING ' in many of the educational institutions. We send our children far from us with a big hope and a clear vision to serve the society as well in future. Now the question is many lives have already been lost and still causing deaths even before blooming due to the bad practice of "RAGGING". Those Parents have to undergo with a Unbearable pain till their last breath. Modi jii , being a mother I beg to you, kindly take a very strong and strict measure to erase the "RAGGING". Ban of RAGGING too must be one of the co-factors related to the admission procedure. A CHILD' S EDUCATION CAN'T BE COMPLETED WITHOUT A FAIR THOUGHT PROCESS. आदरणीय मोदी जी, हमें आप पर तथा आपके समूह कार्यकर्ताओं पर पूर्ण विश्वास हैं कि इस विषय को गंभीरता से विचार किया जाएगा। धन्यवाद🙏

Instead of looking to ways to strengthen the test system, I think it’s more important to address the learning difficulties. If the learning process is proper, any test regarding the subject can be cleared by the student. Therefore, it is more important to cultivate a positive attitude towards learning rather than focusing on the structure of the test systems

All higher education Institutions must be able to infuse the notion of National development and love for country. Also the institutions should extract the skill hidden in each students.
