Laughable ! there is a platform , voicing it. charity begins at home .example IPC laws are reportedly changed for /of/by sovereign India and to throw out the slavery after 150 years, Atleast a beginning. was any assessment done. Or like sun/moon the brits gave the best & just no improvement. Far enuf, where is the data .. Out of 75 years, cases classified, criminals profiled, time taken , & let off. which sections , law were they exempt. what are the new things that have been added. what is the outcome expected , any thing built for future resilient given the trend and likely abuse of any & everything. NDRF . Not seen 1 to make life easy of law abiders and deterrence. G20 being held on corrputions. India had this opportunity to classify all of past cases, position, convictions, profiling ditto 4 rape , murder. even quality of policy judge. How r u going to punish laloo/malik , teesta Foreign NGO , police destroyed life of honest. how & by when. Fit but they r on medical bail?

In First Five Year Plan 7.9% of total plan outlay was allocated for education.
In Second and Third Plan, the allocations were 5.8% and 6.9% of the total plan outlay.
In Ninth Plan only 3.5% of the total outlay was allocated for education.
