To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until August 15, 2023.

Accreditation is done only for the achievements done by the college. I consider that accreditation should be done for the updation of the teaching staff, updation of the infrastructure, upgradation of students skills. It should also be accredited to the enrollment of the college. Accreditation should be done for comprehensive development of the college but not for the certain specific achievements, even though those specific achievements are important but not at the cost of other categories. Reward points should be given to the improvements of the teaching staff also as well as students.

A person takes a medi claim policy, only as a insurance, and never wishes that he is hospitalised and gets the claim।His contribution acts as a donation for those who take claims। Now see, A person takes a pollicy in young age, pays premium for 30-40 years, luckily never hospitalised ,but when he becomes a senior citizen, retired and no regular income, rather lives like a dependent,is either refused the medi claim policy,or the premium charged is a exceptionally very high।This is no justice. The insurance companies should think on it or the Government should come forward to help the senior citizens, Please comment and share if you agree।

Have measurable concrete Standards which outline what students need to know, understand & be able to do. Standards should be relevant to future employment & education needs. Have instructions in standards that help students learn the information & skills. Professional teachers should be empowered to make decision for effective learning rather than particular education model policy. Social promotion should be discouraged. Students should be rated on their actual learning achievement than age or institutions they belong. Have No child left behind Act in place for education & skills. Promote pure science & pure mathematics. Have criterion reference test (compared to norms test) which uses score to generate a statement about scientific behavior that can be expected of students. Reform mathematics which emphasises practical applications rather than abstract academic mathematics. Have outcome based education where each student achieved their goals. Have work based learning for SEZ incentive

Deemed university and University, colleges, Medical & Management schools. All should be recognition for fair work policy. It means corruption, arguments of partiality, fakeism, copy paste work, repeat frauds, flattery (chaplusi) , bribes, money laundering as for opportunity given and promotion these all should control , regulate for all persons belong to higher education. It means right way original way is the right method of learning and practice and practically. If wrong method implement then this should also go in some research, experiment, innovation, and development, trial method of discussion and implementation. Thus every one belong to higher education can justice with him self / her self. Then after all the terms should come in practical right path and future expectations which should be right method again. Future is in our efforts what we do today, thinking and vision. one day may be wrong path can make you hero but it will die your all your deeds, vision and Cnfdn
