People drink very less water throughout their day, weeks and month. Drinking less water gives signal to hold existing water in their body which leads to effect organ functioning as 70% of human body is water. Every age group should check out their drinking habit and try to hit 4 to 6 liter of daily water intake this will give signal to body that there will not be no water deficiency in body and it will remove the toxic from body, proper function of organ, proper circulation of blood.

स्वस्थ व्यक्ति, स्वस्थ परिवार, स्वस्थ समाज, श्रेष्ठ भारत inspired by this mantra shared by Hon PM Narendra Modi ji, under the leadership of MP Manoj Kotak ji , We extended Fit India - Skip India campaign. We distributed over 5000 skipping ropes & organised SKIPATHON, where more than 300 girl students participated on 6th March 2020. During pandemic where movement in groups is restricted & staying home is advisable, SKIPPING comes as the most efficient form of home workout for all.

India has the world’s largest youth population. More than fifty per cent of India’s population is under 25 years of age. By 2020, sixty four per cent of the nation’s population will be in the working age group with the average age being 29 years.Majority of them get burnt out sooner than expected and quite a few do not realise their potential. No matter where they are employed, the youth needs to be motivated appropriately so that they may take our nation to greater heights.

Jis #FitIndiaMovement ki 1st anniversary celebration ke liye aap tayari kar rahe hei, kabhi socha hei usi fitness industry ko Maharashtra CM ne pichle 6 mahine se ignore kiya hei. You want everyone's support in making India fit but the CM of Maharashtra has taken away the jobs & has brought down fitness industry so bad that many fitness owners, instructors have zero income. They are finding hard to survive and made multiple appeals to open gyms in Maharashtra.
