simple things that can make huge difference 1. wake up early do yog specially breathing exercises 2. take sunlight, converts body cholestrol into vitamin D prevents from heart attack and diabetes 3. take only brakefast and lunch with 4 to 5 hours gap. 4. replace numkeen by kanu, badam, 5. sleep by 10 pm anyhow, bcz only during our body regenerates essential blood cells , which helps to build more strong immunity. 6. always tke fruits during brekfast and increase salad during lunch.

we start it from Panchayat level because urban people are slightly motivated to fit but the importance is from village level . people should know the importance of fitness . fitness need hygiene food and pure oxygen with healthy mind . awareness is important

As many nutrition advisories have included or might have included- eating 5 times aday- fruits will be a good advisory. Cycle tracks on roads wherever possible will be very useful. Physical training and nutrition education,with theory and practice in each class in schools may be very useful. People should go for organic products and fruits and vegetables should be thoroughly washed,-hand/mchn

fit rahene k liye healthy diet aur exercise k sath sath achi nind aur swach pani ke Sevan ka vi avasakta hai. pani hamare sarir ka dusit padarth urine aur pasina k jarie nikal deti hai. kaik parisram karna chhie jisse ki parsina nikle jo sarir ko sawsth rakta hai.

Jis #FitIndiaMovement ki 1st anniversary celebration ke liye aap tayari kar rahe hei, kabhi socha hei usi fitness industry ko Maharashtra CM ne pichle 6 mahine se ignore kiya hei. You want everyone's support in making India fit but the CM of Maharashtra has taken away the jobs & has brought down fitness industry so bad that many fitness owners, instructors have zero income. They are finding hard to survive and made multiple appeals to open gyms in Maharashtra.

In order to be fit we should be punctual of time, we must have proper diet, spare some time for physical and breathing exercise.fitness is ultimate requirement for everyone.
