India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Idea to simplify Aadhaar process for all new born. Why cant Aadhaar for a new born be issued along with Birth certificate ? This will simplify the process and ensure all new born with a birth certificate also has an Aadhaar. Making it easier for people and reduce the amount of rework. Which can further be linked with hospital record to keep track of the health and medical track of kids etc. Like one medical profile irrespective of hospitals which should be available online for parents access or referring to other hospital which should reduce a lot of paper work( which also support Go green)

Govt should have a policy of punishment to cell phone service provider for poor services and “ Call drop” . In case of call drop, as a punishment to the service provider, at least Rs 20 should get credited to the account of person holding that SIM. There are cases when Jio4GVoice app doesn’t work properly and there are call drops but we pay Recharge without proper service. User has right to get proper service.

It's really a good initiative. An unique digital indentity for Physically Challenged people across the country should be launched. This can be used by the Physically Challenged people across the country for getting medical treatment, availing bank loan for business, identity proof, apply for passport. It should have a Permanent residential address and an option to add rented house address if they are relocated due to job or any other reasons. It should be a all in one card. I think Government of India can implement this suggestion. Thanks
