India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

measure how much India exists in village & attempt 4 reverse migration! showcase a few villages ! Not 1 tughlaq collegium , 0/100 topper settled there permanently in the 100+ aspirational districts . Not 1 institute /skill center /psu/factory/tourism opened. or thousands would have migrated Let's face it, it is the establishment that let people down. How many DD interview the past MP/MLAs, DM , PM, CM. ditto 4 no power villages, or water or LPG ! how did the people live. when they can i/view dharavi slum dogs, Y not 1 b/wood movie/documentary made. Not 1 movie dd i/view on how harem, ghettos of #hum5hamare50 live in filth. Infact all of India got talent,a. all scaled up- be it news , social media, photography, movie, all of life skills cleaning, cooking, barber, electrician, plumber etc, dance, story club associations with regular meeting, representation, & competition. covered by all channels, radio ! let every village gets talked about ! a few establishment catalyst can do it

Government of India is towards digitalisation process in various sectors, appreciable. We find huge troubles in bringing practices (execution process failure) at many levels, to overcome these automation is certainly needed. Softwares should be developed in such a way to clearly know the process of the applicant at every level, from initiation of request till the completion of the process should be clearly known to the applicant so as to find out where the request is stuck and for what reason with clear alternatives so as to fix the issue and clear the application or request. General comments and unreasonable answers from the authorities to be curtailed, as all are not IAS officers. Language of the officers should be reasonable and with clear understanding to the applicant as against the current systems.

Indian government sector lacks skilled IT engineers, we should replace all old IT staffs and institutions with highly skilled professionals. Indians are not thinking future technologies rather they either reinventing the wheel or doing age old techniques or they follow what foreign technology follows. We have to have people who can think advanced tools and techniques. Indians thinks Government job as a personal economic security rather than a service to the nation. We should get rid of all such unskilled, unproductive and useless staffs and replace them with skilled and passionate and nationalist professionals....

Government need to make an app or mail id at Central or state level which is fully integrated and inclusive. For example all the government departments of particuler ministry should be available on hierarchical basis from top to bottom. In this way a general citizen will find it easy to 1 Understand where to go in case of any complain or suggestion 2 Provide better understanding of governance structure 3 Will provide better service mechanism for problem redressal. 4 Promote responsibility and accountability between government officials (hierarchy). 5 Easy to detect status of our query. 6 Promote better controlling mechanism for official. 7 will make life of general public very easy and convenient as we don't know whom to contact at the time of problem (the right person) and it generally takes a lot of time to complete the whole process. 8 As this will be digital, it will promote government vision more governance less government and digitisation as well.

Today I had to vote for Local body election and I had to go to pillar to post to find my booth. Nobody to give booth slip. More over I found three different Partno.and serial no. added to the confusion. Answer is digitalisation of voting system. First we have Digital voter list and QR coded Voter's ID card. So instead of manual search have a digital counter to authorise voter and also server attached counter to give number of voter polled in that counter. SMS confirmation to the voter. Future this can be attached to Aadhar where Bio scanner will do this job. This will save so much paper wasted for an election and authentication of a true voter. Detailed proposal and reform is needed for true and fair digitised election where all are fool proof and only voter's decisions is remains and final. Hope this is taken as top priority before the next election by Home department and election department.

shocked at the callous attitude of 0/100 toppers, moonchuds, tughlaq collegium & mullahs, only ayyshing , looting, torturing, honest Hindus >75 years No use cases & findings . govt is in biz in all sectors & with the highest width & depth of operation at10x pvt cost & only obstacles. e,g. Judiciary performance dashboards? power distribution ? Y in India it costs 3-5x of generation with highest density population ? world comparatives -dash boards ? Y shud Industry bear the brunt. Every where they get high volume discounts & extra concessions as collection is known ? No wonder Indian mfg destroyed . where is the use case studies in birth, death live dash boards village/city like covid ? what ails ? corrective mechanism what about ever increasing ghettos & encroachment! 1nationq card - List of top 50 largest families in each city & village. Y r asha workers not promoting sterlizations School-learning & teaching outcomes Govt hospitals - performance dashboard etc.
