India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Namaskarams, Congratulations for such initiatives. The cloud based open resource system is always easier for the literate to access the needs without any problem. The e-Governance is the solid mantra to keep away corruption and mismanagement. An Ecosystem of e-Governance in all aspects is a must welcoming trend, which needs to ensure periodic training and guidelines to common masses to follow. Earlier very few were aware of e-transaction, but now, needless to say the achievements. Similarly, all assignments are to be through a third party evidence i.e. the bank. My expectations are proper guidelines, safety, security, assurance, authentication and more of all benefits to everybody without having support system to corrupt. Let there be "One India; One Governing Platform" successful. JAIHIND.

Dear Modi ji The digital ecosystem is a dynamic, interconnected network that necessitates reliable communication among customers and trading partners. When a digital ecosystem is integrated, it allows enterprises to leverage new and legacy technologies . Modern technology has paved the way for multi-functional devices like the smartwatch and the smartphone. Computers are increasingly faster, more portable, and higher-powered than ever before. With all of these revolutions, technology has also made our lives easier, faster, better, and more fun.

Digital ecosystems cultivation will see success when rivers will be connected. When there will be at the east four ponds in panchayats, above all wireless fidelity must be availed uninterruptedly. The spot or the nearest agricultural agency should be equipped with soil testing, weather forecasting and seeding mechanism and farmers should not be compelled to sell their yields on the moods of monsoon and the mediators. If we are ready before digitisation then nobody can be constrained to achieve the objectives in near future. more over regular training with user-friendly devices are also an important factor to translate proposed schemes in to reality. we do face water lodging in the fields due to abnormal showers or overloaded rivers at the same time drought in other parts due to lack of water, this is a chronic problem and hope digitisation would change the scenario and the fate of our farmers as well.

Digital India was launched by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 1 July 2015, with an objective of connecting rural areas with high-speed Internet networks and improving digital literacy.[5][6][7] The vision of Digital India programme is inclusive growth in areas of electronic services, products, manufacturing and job opportunities. It is centred on three key areas – digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, governance and services on demand, and digital empowerment of citizens.
