I think every in state there should be a Govt run (may be FDI 5%) Village. It will be a model village where every thing agri produce will be sourced to various channels for direct selling. this is currently in a decentralized way, it must be brought under one roof. Next involving the nearby town population to play part in the village as a Social Responsibility Task.. give them some cashback/discount / something to motivate themselves for going there and learn and do some work in producing. may be cleaning a shed, or even buying their needs. Send children for education camp on agri to there. it can become agri tourism hub model village. every where this can be setup only by simple instruction and with very minimal cost. Brands like spencers can be asked to come in for CSR and associate while every citizen learns agri, because agri is backbone which we neglect. I have a detailed map of it if you want please reply to me where I can share, I can come or meet virtually also. Hope Lives...

jai hind sir start alloting govt lands for cultivation or for different kinds of farming to poor people on lease for a year and guide them which farming they have to do and the way they should do it. Pay them monthly stipend for their daily requirements and at end of the year share the profits with them and buy entire output yourself through govt market as MSP. As it will be govt lands you can insure for all sorts of calamities so that govt is ensuring poor farmers are looked after and in long term these farmers can become a corporate society and run the farm lands in conjunction with govt. This govt can farm what it's required for that fiscal year and fulfill the requirements of both states/country and its farmers. jai hind

Action Plan is drafted which is fine but real task is implementing it. Proper implementation of the IEC activities should be done in Kharif Season 2022 which will lead farmers towards their economic upliftment and make them satisfied and happy. The activities should be implemented at State level, District level, Taluka level and Gram or Village level. Token of appreciation should be given to Officers and farmers who do their best , this will lead to more and more smooth implementation of IEC activities.

Agricultural land in every district is required to be categorized as per size, fertility, irrigation facility and present crop pattern. The district agricultural administration has to map the data and monitor the production cycle at micro-level. A structured district-level crop-management process has to be evolved with thrust in the desired directions in the perspective of the state as a whole. This way, the possibility of a crop-failure would also be detected at a very early stage and remedial measures taken. The farmers will have access to this data for their meaningful participation in the crop-management process.

1. Citizens of INDIA are one; this we have to be conscious and work out for farmers problems. 2. Human & Humane understanding by the society of India will make us think that "no one is separate from other in this existence" & working out at all levels of crop production, harvesting, procurement & milling, marketing will be easier & never repenting by farmers, provided, that we all deal with protecting the crop & harvest from untimely rains & gale. & 3. The main problem of financing, pricing, profiting etc are to be dealt with citizens, governments - central & state, intellectuals, agricultural engineers, economists with one intention to doing good for all. 4. Anything is possible if we look & deal on point number two, that "no one or no issue separate in this existence."

Activities are developed based upon needs assessments, sound educational principles, and periodic evaluation using a clear set of goals and objectives. IEC activities should never be developed or implemented independently from a broader reproductive health programme that is being designed and executed in the country.
