IEC activities not only need to have an appropriate context in which they are shaped, but it is crucial that health services providers be prepared to respond to any demand that may be created as a result of effective IEC activities.

The essentials of IEC Information, education and communication (IEC) combines strategies, approaches and methods that enable individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities to play active roles in achieving, protecting and sustaining their own health. Embodied in IEC is the process of learning that empowers people to make decisions, modify behaviours and change social conditions. Activities are developed based upon needs assessments, sound educational principles, and periodic evaluation using a clear set of goals and objectives. IEC activities should never be developed or implemented independently from a broader reproductive health programme that is being designed and executed in the country.

Respected Priminister every Panchayat is having their own office in each villages and all local farmers visit panchayat office several times a month in that scenario if every panchayat conduct a audio video streaming scession for farmers from Agricultural Department experts and expert farmers for different region and in their local language on weekly bases as how to take care of crops and how to harvest crops and take precautions during Kharif and Rabi Seasons. Thus it will be easy for farmers to understand the new advance technique of agricultur and can yeild good crops. Please think on it and try to implement for Indian Farmers.

Mr. Prime Minister, While medium and large farmers are able to repay the agri loan taken from private banks the small and semi medium farmers having only couple of hectares of land are the ones worst affected due to draught or floods. The compensation from Govt for such loss is small as their land is small. They are unable to bridge the gap of out standing loans. The loan collection agents also behave rudely and mercilessly as they are poor. Many commit suicide because of these harassment. My suggestion is : whenever such unforeseen damage occurs all lenders including private lenders to defer the collection of the installment that falls due. Any one violating are to be booked under criminal case. Only such action will save further suicidal death of farmers Regards
