Earthquakes, Landslides, Heavy Rains, Lightning and Tremor are unexpected Nature calls. They can effect the bridges at unexpected intervals. So it would be best to monitor the bridges connecting each place in our country on periodic basis and implement some improvements or repairs based on the need.

Whenever it rains heavily, dams will get filled. Due to the exceeding level of water, crest gates of dams will be opened. Most of the times, farmers will be alerted regarding the water level at peak periods, where they will not have time space other than rescuing their life. Hard earned crops will get devasted in rain water. So it would be best to plan for a big water storage tank somewhere away from the dam and needs to get connected through big canal. This would be more beneficial for Nation

PM Fasal Bima is not effectively compansate the actual loss arosed out of rice crop production in Odisha. Kindly remodel the Bima scheme to land pattern like high land and low land as the base criteria. As most of the land in Odisha are dependent on rain.

One of my friend told me that the dams in Kerala are too old and there can be uncontrollable flood due to breakdown of Dam at unexpected time. So it is required to analyse the stability of Dams in Kerala and other states on priority and have an alternate measure. Thank You

At present, Kishan credit Card is not just like CREDIT CARD OF BANK. In fact, at present Kishan credit Card is just agriculture cash credit limit. All Banks should issue KISHAN CREDIT CARD just like other credit card. Banks should fix limit of credit card according to value of land holdings of the farmers. There should no requirement of submission of various bills. Kishan can withdraw money according to their requirements from the Card. And Kishan can repay the loan when Kishan want to credit the loan amount. Crop insurance should not link with the card. Kishan can take insurance himself by paying premium to insurance company. Rate of interest to be charged according to RBI guidelines in the credit Card.
