Under Section 3 (3) of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Central Government may, from time to time, in consultation with the State Governments and the Central Electricity Authority, review or revise, the National Electricity Policy. In compliance of section 3 of the Electricity Act 2003, the Government of India had notified the National Electricity Policy on 12th February 2005.

2. According to Section 66 of the Electricity Act “the Appropriate Commission shall endeavor to promote the development of a market (including trading) in power in such manner as may be specified and shall be guided by the National Electricity Policy”.

3. The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions (SERCs), in the discharge of their functions, shall be guided by the National Electricity Policy under Section 79 and Section 86 of the Electricity Act, respectively.

4. In this regard, it is informed that the Ministry of Power vide Order dated 12.04.2021 has constituted an Expert Committee under the chairmanship of Shri Gireesh Pradhan, Ex-Chairperson, CERC to prepare and recommend National Electricity Policy (NEP), 2021 (copy enclosed). The Expert Committee is required to submit its suggested draft NEP 2021 within two months.

5. The National Electricity Policy, 2021 needs to play an important role in deciding the future of the power sector with renewed reform measures for the economic growth of the country. The main focus is expected to be on decarbonization, power market development, distributed generation in view of rooftop solar and other reliable new technology, etc. The policy may be consumer centric i.e., giving choice to consumers, better services, reliable and quality power, etc. Security of supply, cybersecurity, resilience in the power sector in view of the disasters management, securing supply to all consumers but in particular, all the essential loads in the event of any crisis, etc. are others areas of importance.

6. The suggestions of the various stakeholders including State Governments, Financial Institutions, Industries, consumers, etc. are very important for the future of the power sector. It is requested to submit your brief suggestions along with the suggested specific formulations, which you feel that need to be incorporated in the NEP 2021, in around 1000 words on the MyGov portal.

करने के लिये सुझाव है कि पूरे देश में एक रेट पर मोबाइल चार्जिंग व प्रीपेड व्यवस्था लागू करे एक ऐसी व्यवस्था हो हम पहले शुल्क बिजली की कीमत देकर आवश्यक्तानुसार बिजली लें ताकि बिजली का दुरूपयोग से हम बचेंगे लोग बिजली बचाने के प्रति जागरूक रहेंगे साथ ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में हर न्याय पंचायत अथवा ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर विद्युत मिनी प्लान्ट व सौर ऊर्जा केन्द्र स्थापित किये जायें जिससे अपनी क्षमतानुसार लोग बिजली ले सकें! बड़े पैमाने पर सौर ऊर्जा की व्यवस्था स्वच्छ, स्वस्थ व आत्मनिर्भर भारत के निर्माण मे

वाहनों का सडक पर दौड़ना, गुटका खाकर जगह जगह थूकना आदि आदि हर तरीके से हम पर्यावरण को नुकसान ही पहुँचा रहे हैं जिसका नतीजा है पूरा विश्व "कोरोना" संकट से जूझ रहा है आज घर घर में फ्रीज, पंखा, कूलर, ए.सी. हीटर, माइक्रोवेव, टी,वी, मोबाइल, इलेक्ट्रिक बाइक, पानी मोटर आदि आदि तमाम संसाथनों के लिये हर घर में बिजली की खपत में दोगुनी तीगुनी वृद्धि हुई है और इतनी बिजली हर परिवार को बिजली की बढती माँग को पूरा करने के लिये सरकार को बडे पैमाने पर बिजली उत्पादन करना है इसके लिये सरकार NEP 2021 का प्रारूप तैयार

give more focus on solar power operated street lamps and general electronic equipment used to manage traffic on roads, even use solar power plants in all the government offices and in residential building of officials. further give focus to promote wind energy or hydro power projects.

we should concentrate more in manufacturing solar panels with low cost and high efficiency . our government should manufacture it and make them available for all people . this helps us to reduce the number of thermal and nuclear power plant . and this also helps us to provide job for many people . salary and management should be managed by private peoples and they can be selected from organizations such as RSS to ensure that they were honest .but government should earn a net profit.

Contd---This has to be done state & escomwise.The entire data has to be on computers with GPS location of every poll, transformers upto utility point.Once a proto type Project for a particular region is done scientifically with all the data losses could be controlled.Every generation point linked with satallite link or optic fibre cables to a centralised Control desk in a particular region. This type of analysis can create employment, wastages due to deep study of transmission losses.

आज पूरा विश्व "कोरोना" महामारी से जूझ रहा है इसके लिये कहीं न कहीं हम स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं आज ईश्वर ने प्रकृति के रूप में सब कुछ दिया है! शुद्ध ताजी हवा, पानी, हरे भरे पेड़ पौधे, फल-फूल, नदियाँ, पहाड़, झरने, समुद्र, तीर्थ स्थल आदि आदि पर हम प्रकृति को क्या दे रहे हैं बल्कि जो कुछ हमें ईश्वर ने दिया है हम उसकी सुरक्षा भी नहीं कर पा रहे बल्कि किसी न किसी रूप में हम प्रकृति को नुकसान ही पहुँचा रहे हैं आज पृथ्वी भी हमारा भार सहने में अक्षम है चारो तरफ वातावरण प्रदूषित है जिसका परिणाम हम सभी के सामने
