Respected Prime Minister, I would like to give a suggestion regarding the science education in school. With the theory, practicals are equally important for better comprehension and grasp of the concept and so are the competitions and achievements for the young minds to showcase their talent. I sincerely believe that on every 28th February, which is National Science Day, discoveries and inventions in the field of science and technology should be honored at the national level.

Science is every where around us. Everything around us in this universe is a science. From Big bang till end of universe, every event is science. What we know about science is just minuscule. Every person who learns science will know what he doesn't know. More he tries to know, more he discovers yet to be known. Those who read some books about science and think they know science, just do not know science. Knowing science is an endless frontier

Govt need to draft taxation policy on technology locally , as such there is no way that a software cos selling softwares can be monitored by govt ,as all business is on computers and internet ,softwares need to have indian license ,a authority is needed to monitor tech business and its taxation ,

Children are taken to parks, historical monuments, museums etc for picnic. My suggestion is to take them to some farms to show the vegetables such as tomato, brinjal, cauliflower being grown. In today's living style many urban children may not be knowing about how the vegetables are grown. They may not be aware if the Potato or onion is grown below the soil. Such visits will not only add to their knowledge but will create bond with farmers and soil.

Linking PAN with Aadhaar and linking Aadhaar with Property Records across India is the key to verify the credit worthiness of Key Personnel for faster processing of credits and subsequent verification by statutory authorities for funds diversion in case of defaults. This will also help in reducing NPA with banks as many times funds meant for business development are invested elsewhere whereas the property mortgaged with banks is not valued enough for repayment of loans.

Land records with revenue departments can be linked with Aadhaar and made available for authentication by Insurance Companies for settlement of claims under PMFBY. This will reduce the chances of discrepancies in calculation of premiums and claims, reduce claim settlement time and streamline claim settlement process. After linking land records with aadhaar data which is already linked with bank accounts, the authentication will become easier and faster using e-KYC

Submission of papers of land records to banks in paper mode and its authentication is error prone and delays processing for loan applications. Unless land records with revenue departments are linked with Aadhaar and are made available for authentication by banks, the credit worthiness of farmers is difficult to assess. After linking land records with aadhaar data which is already linked with bank accounts, the authentication will become easier and faster using e-KYC
