Such an important subject & the Act governing it is of the year 1961 ? Rather than ammending such an old act is it not better to dismatle it & bring in a new Act taking into consideration todays realities & requirements?

Government controlled apprenticeship training in the relevant trade can be given even before the course certificate is issued. This will increase the ability and morale of the students. Moreover, #MakeInIndia aims and achieves at the level of the Prime Minister's #AatmanibharBharath. Utilizes the whole ability for the Country and themselves.

First of all the master trainers must be provided with further training if necessary by an internal assessment by the institute providing apprentice training. The Educational institutes should be given autonomy in making contract with local industry for making some of their requirement in the institute LABORATORY/TOOL ROOM itself by engaging apprentice students. The student must learn apprenticeship training at the institute. The Industry may utilise CRS fund to improve institute Tool Room.

After completing the Apprenticeship training only, the students can be warded Diploma or Degree. Then only everyone will undergo apprentice training and gain the industrial exposure. Otherwise these programs will be of theory oriented only.

The learning of these training is completely different from the practical work, so please ensure that which we learn in these mission is mostly like the work we done in our corporate sector or IT sector.
