The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Government of India should give maximum focus on employment generation programs in terms of telling the student to start their own information technology companies and how overseas market wise resources based business models works and existing IT companies how they do the business those direct learning should include in syllabus so each person will start their own Information technology billion dollars companies businesses

INDUSTRIES में 17 वर्ष का अनुभव होने के कारण मैंने अनुभव किया हैं कि हमारी तकनिकी शिक्षा industry से बिल्कुल अलग हैं- विद्यालयों में भी एक technical subject हो और और technical subject में student के लिए कई option हो, जिसका selection student की रूचि अनुसार हो/ subject वो ही हो जिनका future में जॉब के लिए scope हो/समय समय पर technical शिक्षा का मुल्याकन हो/यह भी चेक किया जाए कि कंपनी अपने worker की technical शिक्षा में साल के profit का कितना खर्च कर रही हैं. रोजगार गारंटी की तरह स्किल डेवलपमेंट के साथ साथ रोजगार गारंटी की योजना सरकार को लानी चाहिए सरकार को मिनिमम सैलरी कानून के साथ एक राष्ट्रीय लेवल का पोर्टल हो जिसमे प्राइवेट संस्थानों में भर्ती उस पोर्टल के माध्यम से हो ना डायरेक्ट कोई LTD कंपनी हो उसमे भर्ती उस पोर्टल के माध्यम से हो और एक न्यूनतम शिक्षा भारत की राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा प्रणाली को में लाना चाहिए यह अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए की प्रत्येक नागरिक को क्लास 8 या 10 तक पढ़ाई करना अनिवार्य होना चाहिए जिससे अनपढ़ों की संख्या में कमी आयेगी
