Government should give free WiFi spots in rural areas and urban areas so that women's could do online reselling business through her smartphones, And online business is providing a big opportunity to our society and country .
women's should open small scale setups of different things like sewing machine , food making, boutique, and so on.
Govt. should give incentive to women SHGs or NGOs .
Firstly govt. should make a policy on women reservation in police services.
thanks

sir, we are in a BIG Data age. we can you our house hold ladies to gather that because they have EARS everywhere. When they contribute and more they contribute, an incentive can be paid accordingly. An app may be developed linked with Adhaar can let us know in and around about that area she resides. real time inputs and pulse of nation can be obtained.

Dear Modiji,
Women do unpaid work. Hence to give them respect and dignity we can try a separate digital currency for women be created value of which(Exchange Rate) can vary. It can even use crypto currency or be called lakshmi coin. the powers to create lakshmi coin can rest with RBI. Mandate banks to modify software to accommodate new currency. All unpaid work by women should be paid using lakshmi coin. Only women can encash it while men can only pay others with it.

Now, women are technically more advanced but demand for their technical know how is limited, limited in sence they might fulfil their job aspirations in metropolitical cities but certaily not in other cities.
the frustration level in these women might have wider repurcussion for the family and the society as whole.
hence
decentralization of opportunities,
more and easily accessible IT infrastructure
flexible working hour.
need and qualification based survey.
easily accessible data to demad si

With SWATCH BHARAT being given such importance how do we provide toilet facilities to many women who are employed as Traffic Police, Cab drivers, post woman or an ordinary house maid.
We should identify a common place like a petrol bunk or a Bank or post office nearer where a public utility Rooms with Toilets for Women and men built and publicised.
TOILETS IN MANY PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS/RAILWAY STATIONS/HOSPITALS TO NAME A FEW NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL.
