If Government collects data of Men and women working in retail sales the in justice to women would be glaring. They almost work for 8 to 12 hour. Most of the jobs require them to stand all the time. The concept of Creches in and around big shopping malls where more than 100 Ladies work would be a great relief for young mothers who are completed to stay at home because of small kids.
ULTIMATELY TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN GOVERNMENT'S INTERVENTION IN SETTING BASIC RULES AND FOLLOWING IT STRICTLY ISMUS

It would be surprising if I say the wage levels are lower in a big city like Mumbai than a small city like Coimbatore which could be directly related to Demand/Supply situation. I made this comparison as I have lived in Mumbai for many years and now live in Coimbatore. If Government implements a standard wage taking into account the cost of living of each place, then there will be justice for many poor ladies who work in inhumane conditions.

I would like your Government to first fix a standard wages which everyone will have to pay. I have seen in US, and Japan when I lived there how a woman who does, say,a Banking job and a lady who does household work are all paid a wage called minimum standard wages. This is fixed on an hourly basis and uniform. This way many ladies can get jobs with decent income.
specially in unorganized sector like Home helpers, sales people in retail outlets etc are paid a paltry sum and exploited by the bosses.

Likewise to my previous submission, they can also promote our country's progress through social media and the whole world would come to know of our country. This may also lead to investment by other countries in our country. Rewards can be in the form of food vouchers, coupons for grocery shopping, online shopping, etc.

Women can promote all our govt schemes to their maids and further to their relatives bcoz there are many poor people who have not enrolled for the same. They can also encourage people to give away subsidy. Whoever joins the scheme or give away subsidy, reward those women. Women have good communication skills. They can also promote these schemes through social media like FB, whats app, twitter and our people will be aware of all our schemes. For every like or forward, reward them.

Ask Fssai to give food safety training to homemakers . Ask DRDO which has packing technology to transfer packing technology to packaging equipment makers and home makers. Once home makers have training in Fssai and in packaging technology , they can prepare ready to cook meals and package them to have shelf life of 1 year, the packaged food can be sold for midday meals in schools, govt offices, corporate offices and to bachelor's who are not able to cook at home. Home makers can even export
