As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

respected sir gramin mahilaye khali samay ka upyog silai karke ,ghar k pass mauahmi jaivik khad k maddhyam se sabji ugaker, ya vano se milne wale upyogi bijo ya phalo jaise jamum, sitaphal, lichi,imli ,chiraunji ,mahua..aadi ka bhandaran ker aatmnirbhar ho sakti h .iske liye gramin ster per her gaon me jansankhya k aadhar per 1 -2 mahila samiti (padhi likhi mahiye)banaya ja sakta h.in samiti k sabhi chijo ko uchit mulya me gov. le sakti h.kyoki bajaro me inhe kam dam milta

प्लास्टिक कैर्री बैग को सख्ती से बंद कर कपडे के थैली, व कागज़ के लिफाफों पर जोर दिया जाये। बड़ी तादाद में सिलाई काम निकलेगा। लिफाफों से भी काफी महिलाओं को काम मिलेगा। देसी गए के गोबर से बने उत्पादों पर ध्यान दिया जाये। जैसे धुप बत्ती, मूर्ति, कागज, अभी काफी चीजें बन रही हैं बड़ी संभावना है इस क्षेत्र में और इन उत्पादों से सकारात्मकता व सवास्थ बढेगा, वातावरण शुद्ध होगा। हर स्कूल में एक स्टेशनरी शॉप / कैंटीन आबंटित की जाये। लाखों स्कूल हैं देश भर में । लाखों महिलाओं को लाभ मिलेगा।

महिलाओं को जो भी समय मिलता है अपने घर कार्य से उस समय में स्कूल ड्रेस ,कपड़े की थैली, चिप्स, पापड और जूट से निर्मित सुन्दर वस्तुऍ बनाने मे प्रयोग कर सकती हैं इससे उनकी अतिरिक्त आय हो सकती है

e_commerce ke क्षेत्र में ऐसी सरकारी वेब साईट बनाएं जहाँ महिलाएं अपने हस्त निर्मित उत्पादों को दुनिया के सम्मुख रिटेल व होलसेल के लिए ऑन लाइन प्रस्तुत कर सकें इससे बड़े पैमाने पर कारोबार मिलेगा हुनर भी सामने आएगा रचनात्मक शक्ति बढेगी ।मार्किट मंच मिलेगा तो मनोबल बढेगा। इसके कूरियर के लिए डाक विभाग को जिम्मेदारी दी जाये डाक विभाग को भी लाभ होगा। डाक विभाग में भी रोज़गार बढेगा। इससे हर महिला कुछ करने का साहस कर सकती है।

I think the homemakers can also be involved in making crafts from waste materials like paper or plastic bottles and sell it. other thing is I have seen some women cook food and sell it in tiffins for the people. They can also do tailoring or weaving.

Sir we should develop small industry in village. I am from a village my suggestion is we should stop the using of plastic bag and increase the use of hand made bags which also useful to give jobs to our mother and aunties who are jobless they built it from their home village women who are expert in this field to make bags from various things it provides them job and also controls the pollution and othings like making candles papad good helps them to make money

My idea is related to home makers (low & lower middle class families and little educated also - class VIII at least). At present, majority of the young Indians are studying/working, male or female. When they have a baby, none of the family members are available to take care of baby in home(everyone is engaged). So if government may start creches along with institutes/organizations to keep babies where these ladies may work for 1 or 2 hours and can get some money. Result- safe & happy family.
