THANKS YOU SO MUCH
thanks you so much
I belong to Giridih district, Jharkhand, where many children with special needs face challenges due to lack of awareness, proper facilities, and family support. I strongly believe that every child should grow up in a caring and loving family environment, not just in institutions. For better rehabilitation, awareness programs should be conducted at village and block levels to educate families about adoption and support systems for Divyaang children. Local government schools, health centers, and panchayats should work together to identify children with special needs early and connect them with families willing to provide care. There should also be simple financial and emotional support systems for families who adopt such children, so they feel confident and encouraged. Training and counseling for both families and community members will help remove social stigma and make the environment more inclusive.

Strengthening the child adoption ecosystem requires a blend of technological innovation, policy reform, and community engagement. Emerging global and Indian best practices reveal several creative and practical solutions across digital, social, and legal dimensions
1)Adoption agencies are modernizing through AI-powered matching algorithms that analyze profiles of prospective parents and children, improving the quality and speed of placements while lowering emotional disruptions
2)India’s reforms under the Juvenile Justice Act (2021) and Adoption Regulation (2022) emphasize a child-centric approach with structured pre-, during-, and post-adoption counselling
Community-led awareness campaigns to destigmatize non-biological parenthood and promote the adoption of older or differently-abled children foster broader acceptance
Raise awareness among citizens about the adoption process of Divyaang children through widespread campaigns that address myths and social stigma. This will encourage more families to consider adoption.
Simplify and expedite legal and procedural steps to reduce adoption delays, ensuring that more children can find families faster.
Provide targeted counseling and support services for adoptive parents, helping them prepare for the unique needs of Divyaang children and ensuring smoother integration into new families.
Encourage community-based foster care and family support networks to create a more inclusive environment outside institutional settings.
Use technology to create a transparent database connecting prospective parents, Specialized Adoption Agencies (SAAs), and Child Care Institutions (CCIs) to facilitate timely matches.
