Suggestion for the government to correct the following.
1) We need to have a rule on minimum wages, i.e, Salary as per inflation in the Country / State.
2) Population Control.
3) More and more Digital currency and tracking.
4) Use of satellite internet to replace paper books in schools, colleges, or any educational sector, and use of PDF books.
5) Use of our own IT software from companies like Zoho or any Indian company in all government offices.
6) Our own fighter jet engine, EV fast charging technology development.
7) Digital passport instead of paper-based. and digital AI-based tracking on all indian airports.
8) New waterways. Example: Mumbai - Kokan started recently, but its ticket cost is high.
9) Introduction of new Bullet train routes.
10) Most importantly, Independent Vidharbh as a new state.
Thanks,
Vinit Gavankar
Non-institutionalised rehabilitation empowers Divyaang children to grow within families and communities instead of being confined to institutions. It focuses on inclusion, dignity, and independence. Families can be trained to provide basic home-based therapies, speech practice, and emotional care. Schools should have ramps, Braille materials, special educators, and flexible learning to ensure equal access. Technology like therapy apps, AI speech tools, and affordable assistive devices can make rehabilitation easier at home. Communities should organise awareness drives, inclusive sports, and cultural programs to promote empathy and acceptance. NGOs and local governments must collaborate to deliver health, education, and skill development services directly to families. True rehabilitation means equality, not sympathy—helping every Divyaang child live with confidence and pride. When society embraces inclusion, these children become the strength of a compassionate and progressive India.

1. *Freedom to Sell Property*: Removing restrictions on SC/ST individuals selling their properties could empower them economically by allowing them to utilize their assets more freely.
2. *Solar Panels on Government Offices*: Installing solar panels would reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability, setting an example for the private sector.
3. *Utilizing Vacant Government Land*: Developing vacant land into shops could generate revenue and create economic opportunities.
4. *Premium Location Development*: Developing premium locations into shops could boost local economies and create jobs.
5. *Optimizing Vacant Land*: Land in front of umaid bhawan palace jodhpur which is very prime location land is vacant in my knowledge this land belongs to income tax department land this land can be better used for generating great revenue to government of India and rental could further generate revenue and promote economic activity.
6. *Economic-Based Reservation*

I’m sharing a concise proposal to the Government of India on non-institutional rehabilitation for Divyaang children, built around a hub-and-node model that operates from schools, libraries, panchayats, and health centres in every district. The plan focuses on pride-building, income-bearing activities such as paper crafts and eco-packaging, weaving export-quality sweaters and shawls, pen assembly, umbrella making and repair, festive crafts like Christmas stars, and pottery—alongside digital accessibility work, on-demand Braille and DAISY production, device refurbishment, para-sports event roles, and community radio. Each unit uses universal design, clear role breakdowns, and simple jigs to include diverse abilities, with micro-stipends and certificates to recognise real contributions. The starter kit can be launched in 90 days and scaled over 12 months through local partners like ITIs, handloom cooperatives, and CSR. Impact is tracked through tangible outputs—accessible materials delive
