My humble suggestions are as under: 1) Kindly explore the feasibility of providing a couple of medical personnel with required medicines etc. in all the long distance trains.This will enable to provide prompt medical attention to the passengers during emergencies. 2) Transpersons may be given reservation of 1% in education and jobs.This will go a long way in their empowerment and acceptance by the society. 3. Organ Donation Several patients are waiting for various organs for survival. Road accidents claim a major chunk of lives.The Union Health Ministry can play a key role in the area of creating awareness, among the people. 4 Various super speciality Hospitals like AIIMS can adopt a few hamlets in their jurisdictions to take care of medical needs of people belonging to vulnerable segments of society. Coastal tourism can be accorded a greater focus.India has a great potential to tap this sector.
