National Capital-to-Capital Expressway Grid (NCEG) – A High-Speed Mobility Vision for Viksit Bharat 2047-India needs a unified Capital-to-Capital Expressway Grid (NCEG) that directly connects every State/UT capital with every other capital through access-controlled, high-speed expressways. This will form India’s first nationwide mobility backbone and the next major step after the Golden Quadrilateral and Bharatmala projects.
Expected Benefits:
Reduce inter-capital travel time by 30–60%.
Lower national logistics costs from ~14% to 8–9% of GDP.
Strong economic integration of Tier-2/3 cities.
Boost tourism, manufacturing, agriculture supply chains.
Major benefit for Northeast & Himalayan states.
Create over 25 lakh direct & indirect jobs.
Strong political consensus—every state benefits.

Respected Prime Minister Modi ji,
Namaskar. I request your kind attention to an important concern of crores of NRIs worldwide. Though we remain deeply connected to India and contribute greatly through remittances, investments, and global goodwill, most of us are unable to vote because we must be physically present in our home constituency on election day.
We humbly request a simple solution: please allow NRI voting through Postal Ballot (ETPBS) or by setting up polling booths in Indian Embassies and Consulates. This will enable genuine Indian citizens abroad to participate in our democracy without the need to travel thousands of kilometres.
Many countries already allow overseas voting, and India has the technology and administrative strength to implement this securely.
Sir, granting NRIs this facility will strengthen democracy and deepen our bond with our motherland.
With respect,
A proud NRI citizen.

To laugh often and much: To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others, to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you lived. This is to have succeeded. Ralph Waldo Emerson
