Subject: Urgent Appeal Regarding Public Behavior and Conduct of Police Personnel in Stations
To,
The Honorable Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
Prime Minister of India
Honorable Prime Minister Sir,
We, the citizens of India, are profoundly blessed to be governed by a great law and a strong, democratic system. When citizens face difficulties, the Police Station is the first and most crucial institution we turn to for justice and resolution.
However, a serious concern exists regarding the behavior and communication of some police officers within the stations. We often find their approach, language, and manner of speaking to be highly demotivating and, at times, inappropriate. This disrespectful conduct and use of harsh language can cause great distress and, unfortunately, make people afraid to lodge a complaint or seek help, undermining their trust in the system.
The police force holds significant power to resolve problems and maintain law and order, a power that comes with

Enthusiasm is one of the most powerful engines of success. When you do a thing, do it with all your might. Put your whole soul into it. Stamp it with your own personality. Be active, be energetic, be enthusiastic and faithful, and you will accomplish your object. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

All good things are wild and free.”
Henry David Thoreau“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practice resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms.”

Henry David Thoreau
“If a man walk in the woods for love of them half of each day, he is in danger of being regarded as a loafer; but if he spends his whole day as a speculator, shearing off those woods and making earth bald before her time, he is esteemed an industrious and enterprising citizen. As if a town had no interest in its forests but to cut them down!”

Letter for Mann Ki Baat
To,
The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India,
Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
New Delhi.
Subject: Inspiration from Shri Pramod Kumar Sahu’s Environmental Work
Respected Modi Ji,
I wish to share the inspiring story of Shri Pramod Kumar Sahu, lovingly called Pahad Bhai. Through his tireless dedication, he transformed a barren hill in Odisha into a lush forest of over two lakh trees. Without any government aid, he worked for years to restore nature, recharge groundwater, and inspire villagers toward organic farming, herbal plantation, and eco-tourism. His simple life, deep love for nature, and commitment to the community make him a true symbol of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”
His selfless service deserves recognition and should reach every Indian through Mann Ki Baat.
With respectful regards,
Name-PRAMOD KUMAR SAHU
