President's rule should be imposed in states that do not cooperate with Special Intensive Revision. Many state governments are trying to avoid conducting SIR citing employee protests.Many state governments are planning to delay the Special Intensive Revision by not completing it within the stipulated time. SIR n is affected by the strike announcement of govt employees. State governments are indirectly trying to stop SIR 2026 by adopting a soft approach towards government employees who are involved in the strike.They are engaging a very small number of employees for a very large scale of work. The additional workload is being imposed on the employees who are already on the job, and Special Intensive Revision work is being hampered.President's rule should be implemented in the states concerned during Special Intensive Revision. If new employees need to be hired for Special Intensive Revision, they should be recruited at the district level through the district employment offices.
