Greeting honorable Prime Minister. I am an 18-year-old student. I have to pick a career that I'll spend my life doing but I have no idea. I wasn't taught in schools how different jobs feel, what suits me or what our future nation needs. And I realize millions of students sing the same song. We are all pushed in same blocks of a handful of jobs and fight over limited seats where chances fall below 5-2%. This not only affects a child's confidence but also a dream that could have revolutionized the world but gets crushed under layers of overburdened hopes. I really hope we could change it at grassroot level. Start with school, both government and private. Give children a view of all the wonders our nation holds. A career counselor who would actually help our children aim at their true talent. We need awareness. Campaigns like "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" are a household slogan now. A similar effort to have the vast expanse of careers actually be highlighted would be great. Thank you.

Like Nordic countries, we need to remove cheque payments from the banking system. Instead, we need to keep just demand drafts and online payments. This will reduce the workload in the banking system by 30%. It will also avoid fraud transactions and cheque bouncing. Overall, it will reduce corruption in India. Hope the government will implement this soon.

16 Years, 75+ Children Every Year For the past 16 years, Khandelwal Jewellers has supported the education of its employees’ children, guided by the belief that “Charity begins at home.” Every year, 75+ children receive support covering school fees, uniforms, books and stationery. This voluntary, self-driven initiative ensures that financial circumstances do not come in the way of a child’s education. The company believes its responsibility extends beyond the workplace to the families of those who contribute to its growth. Several beneficiaries have gone on to pursue CA, Law and Medicine, including higher studies in India and abroad, with continued support from Khandelwal Jewellers. This Independence Day, Khandelwal Jewellers celebrated 16 years of the initiative with employees and their children. The Khandelwal family says, “Our employees are an important part of our family. Supporting their children’s education is our way of helping the next generation dream bigger.”
