It is regarding third party guarantee for loan from bank against security of property of 3rd party. Query: When a property is offered as security, then why guarantor is forced to sign as equal borrower for unlimited liability of borrower? If borrower defaults, then recovery to do from offered property only. This needs correction that guarantor be held liable for property only and no other assets should be held responsible.

youths are very fade up by the jobs opportunities in all the engineering sectors they are not feeling an attraction to the bjp govt.all the scheme for Sr citizens, ladies and girls etc .means here is no importance seems for the youth males.This is fact of life that youths male have all over responsibilities of family ,like father mother, sisters and their own children's, food , education,daily necessities, medical requirements, hence govt should give large attention to the youths males. The age between 15 to 45 the males have the maximum liabilities of all family .they needs a special attention of govt.please attract and join the youths to bjp.
