Lean with Rahul is a mission built on one belief: Health Within Reach. I intentionally gained fat to challenge common fat-loss myths and prove that sustainable transformation is possible through science and consistency. Starting at 132.5 kg, I document every day, every meal, and every change—showing the complete reality of transformation. 20 kg lost in 100 days. Every Day. Every Meal. Every Change.

Jai Hind Shreemaan, Sir, I am a retired Indian Air Force personnel . Young aspirants are searching for jobs without adequately equipped with the skills. Though they are having good educational qualifications and determination, they are not able to use them in the right directions. If some platform can be created at university or college level monitored by Local Bodies, where retired personnel can coach them free of cost, or guide them rightly, these young lots can bring laurels to the nation.

One important issue for Mann Ki Baat is road safety. The role of Traffic Police is to bring traffic discipline on the road. But eventually, we find traffic police hiding at crossings and catching up violators like a thief and challan or extracting money. Had he been visible, as a deterant, violation of traffic rules will reduce. The focus of traffic police is on raising challan to meet their target rather than to bring traffic discipline. There is least psychological analysis of defaulters.

The cost of living has risen significantly. Despite the implementation of new labor laws, the hardships faced by workers remain unalleviated. Eligibility thresholds for bonuses and social welfare schemes have not been raised to keep pace with the rising cost of living, nor have they been adjusted following the implementation of wage code regulations regarding (CTC). The failure to increase these eligibility thresholds confirms that the Central Government has not paid adequate attention.
