Most Respected PMJI Vanakkam. My humble suggestions are as under 1) Kindly initiate deterrent steps to curb the offences relating to women and children. The District Collectors may be instructed to undertake regular and surprise inspections of Care Homes and Orphanages being run by Government and NGOs across the country. A safe and secure environment needs to be ensured for the inmates 2) Diseases such as TB and leprosy need to be eliminated across the country on a war footing.

Work-from-Home and Hybrid Work options for women in suitable government roles can significantly enhance women's participation in the workforce. Many administrative, training, counseling, data management, and support functions can be effectively performed remotely using digital tools. This initiative would help women balance professional and family responsibilities, reduce career breaks after maternity, and create opportunities for women in remote areas and those with disabilities.

The Indian education system is outdated. We produce graduates, but 90% are unemployable, and the rest migrate. This needs immediate attention. Please recruit 15 of the country's best psychologists: 5 child, 5 student, and 5 adult. Task the first two with creating a teaching system for schools and undergrads that preserves natural talents, and the third, group to design an examination system that properly evaluates teachers for this new approach.

When the wise man begins his actions, he looks carefully to the end of them, in order that through them he may become freed THE NITI SATAKA 83 from successive births and reach Nirvana. Actions carried out with too much haste are like an arrow that pierces the heart

The ocean bears the sleep of Vishnu, and the mountains also take refuge in the ocean after their flight from the demons; and, in addition to this, a great submarine fire continually devours the ocean's depths. What cannot the ocean endure Bharthari

The sun opens up the lotuses; the moon brightens the beds of the water-lilies : and the cloud pours down its rain unasked. And in like manner those people who are naturally liberal are continually occupied in bestowing benefits on their fellow- creatures.Bharthari

Trees when laden with fruit are bowed down, and the clouds when pregnant with fresh rain hang near the earth : and in like manner good men are not unduly exalted by prosperity. This is the natural disposition of the liberal man.Bharthari
