Further to last message; If any establishment has set up a proper fire hydrants & other gadgets, they are still charged heavy bribes to issue the NOC. This department requires total overhauling by manning good, qualified & sensitive people with better, efficient & effective systems & procedures which should be friendly, simplified & comprehensively designed & regulated. This department had never been given proper & due importance, as it deserved. This requires serious consideration & thought.

Fire NOC issue departments in most states in our country are very scantily, badly & casually organised & are manned by most corrupted, incompetent & unworthy employees, staff & people. Mostly discarded police personnel & not found fit in police departments are generally transferred to fire departments. Blatant corruption is primarily reason that most commercial establishments & factories refrain from approaching Fire Deptt for NOC.

Just now I visited Germany. At that time I found that in that country garbage system is very good. dustbins for plastic waste, wet and dry garbage are different. different dates are given to people to keep that dustbins in front of their house/society. Govt vehicle came on that day to collect that garbage.
