Subject: Protecting Our Children from Mobile Screen and Internet Addictions. Respected Prime Minister, I am really feeling happy and lucky to get the opportunity to share my view regarding a major risk facing by our students and children under 18. Too much screen time is harming their health, causing weak eyesight, poor sleep, and lack of focus. My suggestions in a nutshell are Cyber Security: We must strictly protect minors from cyberbullying, online scams, and inappropriate content through stronger digital safety laws. Supervised App Use: Mobile phone use should be limited. Using educational apps is perfectly okay, but only under the direct supervision of a teacher or guardian. Digital Fasting & Sports: Encourage families to have a weekly "No-Screen Day" and revive outdoor playgrounds to pull children out of virtual worlds. Let us help our youth balance technology wisely without risking their safety. Jai Hind Vande Mataram.

The Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, Beti Aage Aao framework proves that true national development is inseparable from the unbounded progress of women. By uniting traditional reverence for Shakti with modern economic inclusion, guaranteed safety networks, and structural reservation policies, we build an ecosystem where every girl is not only protected and educated, but fully empowered to lead society forward.

Mobility is freedom for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. So I suggest that Government should exempt cars registered in the name of Divyangjan to be exempt from payment of GST, registration tax and provided with zero fastag on uploading a copy of UDID card. Now to get tax exemption, they have to approach each authority physically and get exemption. (2) Government has given 4% reservation for PwBD in recruitment and promotions. But Departments implementing these reservations, like Ministry of finance, see to that PwBD don’t get the benefit of this reservation quickly. For promotion from Group B to Group A posts in CBIC, the reservation was delayed by stating that seniority list of Superintendents of CGST was not drawn from 2014 and hence the names of eligible PwBD officers promoted after 2014 did not figure in the consideration zone. It is a surprise to see such a dynamic Government, allows delay in finalising seniority list since 2014. Honourable PM may please intervene and solve it

Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir, I would like to suggest a nationwide drone-based public safety system for police departments. Instead of using drones individually, districts and states could have a coordinated network of drones connected to control rooms. They could support police in crowded-area surveillance, traffic monitoring, missing-person searches, emergencies, disasters and rapid assessment of incidents. AI, GPS and cameras could help officers identify situations quickly and respond faster. The system could be designed as an affordable Made-in-India solution, with the number of drones decided according to the size and needs of each district. I believe this idea could improve public safety, strengthen police response and also encourage Indian drone technology and employment. I humbly request the Government to consider studying and developing this concept.

I would like to hear the Hon’ble Prime Minister speak about the choice young people face between getting a job and starting something of their own. Most students are taught from a young age to study well, get good marks and eventually find a good job. There is nothing wrong with that, but entrepreneurship and starting a business are also becoming important career options for today’s youth. Many students have ideas but are afraid to take the first step because they see business as too risky or feel that they do not have enough knowledge or support. It would be great if the Prime Minister could talk about how young Indians can explore both paths, understand the risks and opportunities involved, and develop practical skills that can help them either build a successful career or create jobs for others. I believe India’s youth should have the freedom and confidence to be not just job seekers, but also job creators.

India is rapidly expanding Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support renewable energy and future electricity demand. As battery storage scales, India should also develop indigenous technologies for early detection and prevention of battery thermal incidents. I suggest that India promote a national mission for advanced BESS safety, combining Indian research, sensors, battery science, fire safety and indigenous manufacturing. Such a mission could help create globally competitive Indian intellectual property and safety technologies while protecting critical energy infrastructure. India should aim not only to become a major battery-storage market, but also a global leader in battery safety and energy-storage reliability.
