We are not able to understand the sentiment of the youth who is working class. There is a lot of pressure building family , constantly upgrading himself and coling up the market uncertainty and layoffs. If this was some less then they have another front of social media where they are judged and also forced to do something due to FOMO. PM sir is handling a very serious task he has to go through pressure , validation and self doubt daily. If he guide youth how to build the mindset what should be done and what not then it would really be great. We really need someone like Pm Sir to guide us.

Sir, my intention is not merely to point out shortcomings. I wish to see systems that are simple, education that prepares people for life, children who can protect themselves and a country that transforms every challenge into an opportunity for growth. Thank you for giving ordinary citizens an opportunity to express their thoughts. Jai Hind.

Third, self-defence should be compulsory for every child—whether a girl or a boy. Children must be taught how to recognise inappropriate behaviour, firmly refuse unwanted advances, protect themselves and seek help without fear or shame. They must also learn to respect another person’s personal space, boundaries and choices. Although some schools offer martial arts, structured self-defence and personal-safety education should be mandatory across the country. Finally, India is a vast nation blessed with diverse people, knowledge and natural resources. Every adversity faced by society—whether unemployment, waste, water scarcity, pollution, regional inequality or lack of skills—can be studied and converted into an opportunity. I suggest creating a national “Adversity-to-Opportunity” platform that identifies major local problems, maps the available resources and invites students, entrepreneurs, professionals and communities to develop workable solutions.

Second, I appreciate your vision of encouraging self-employment and entrepreneurship. However, young people also need practical guidance to identify careers and businesses suited to their abilities, interests, available resources and changing market requirements. Proper career and entrepreneurship guidance can reduce avoidable failures. At the same time, we must teach children that failure is not the end. Our education system continues to place excessive emphasis on theoretical knowledge and examination marks. When students fail, they are rarely taught how to understand the reasons, manage disappointment, rebuild confidence and begin again. Education should prepare children not merely to pass examinations, but also to face rejection, uncertainty and failure with courage. Emotional resilience, financial literacy, practical problem-solving and career guidance should become integral parts of education.

Namaskar, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. I am Deepa Dubey, an ordinary citizen who wishes to share a few thoughts through Mann Ki Baat. First, I would like to speak about voting. I regret to say that I have not been able to vote even once. The voter-registration system remains complicated and faulty across several platforms. In the world’s largest democracy, obtaining a voter ID should be as simple, transparent and trackable as applying for a PAN card. Every eligible citizen must be helped to register and participate in elections without repeatedly facing technical or procedural difficulties. I request the Government to introduce a simple, unified and accountable voter-registration system.
