Respected Modi Ji, I am Rakesh Paliwal, aged 55 years, a resident of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. With deep respect for your vision of a strong, self-reliant and globally respected India, I wish to place before you an idea that, if developed with national vision and scientific excellence, could help India demonstrate a new model of healthcare and sustainable development to the world. A Vision to Make India a Global Leader in Integrated Healthcare, Wellness, Education, Biodiver I propose the creation of the world’s first Integrated Living Health Ecosystem—a unique living campus where Ancient Indian medical wisdom (AYUSH), modern medical science, education, research, wellness tourism, biodiversity conservation and wildlife are brought together within one integrated ecosystem. This would be much more than a hospital, university, Research Centre or wellness resort. It would be a Living Health Ecosystem for healing, learning, discovery, conservation and sustainable economic development

Under the 16th Finance Commission, Himachal Pradesh's Panchayats are receiving approximately ₹3,477 Crore for development. However, due to limited public disclosure, reports of irregularities and lack of accountability at the grassroots level frequently surface. To solve this, I suggest a clear policy intervention: Mandate 1% of Panchayat funds (~₹1 Lakh per Panchayat annually) strictly for digital transparency and public disclosure. Digital Public Records: All ongoing work updates, photos, and bills should be uploaded to a mobile-accessible portal for villagers. Youth Auditing Honorarium: Provide an annual honorarium of at least ₹20,000 to a local village youth/volunteer to handle digital documentation and public reporting. Corruption-Free Governance: Real-time visibility of funds will curb fake billing and empower the Gram Sabha. If the government issues guidelines for this model, I volunteer to pilot and implement this digital accountability initiative in my

Respected Hon PM I would like to share a suggestion for your kind consideration in the upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat. Kuthlur village in Belthangady Taluk, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, received national recognition as one of India’s Best Tourism Villages 2024 in the Adventure Tourism category. This recognition has brought a remarkable change in the village. A place that was once relatively unknown is now attracting tourists, nature lovers, trekkers and visitors from different parts of India. The natural beauty of Kuthlur, surrounded by the Western Ghats, waterfalls, forests and scenic landscapes, is also attracting filmmakers. Movie and other visual-media shootings are now taking place in and around the village, creating new opportunities for local people and putting Kuthlur on the tourism map. I humbly request that Kuthlur’s transformation after receiving the national award be highlighted in Mann Ki Baat as an inspiring example of how reco

Respected Sir, Please find attached an article titled "Let Teachers Teach: The Case Against Non-Academic Duties." It highlights how frequently assigning teachers non-teaching duties — such as election work, surveys, and data entry — takes them away from the classroom and affects students' learning. The article also suggests a few practical steps to help ensure teachers can focus primarily on teaching. Kindly go through it at your convenience. Thank you.

Respected PM Modi Ji, Pranam from Hayathnagar, Telangana. I humbly request you to address the need for eco-friendly Ganesh Utsav celebrations on Mann Ki Baat. Your powerful voice can stop the annual cycle of toxic Plaster of Paris (PoP) idol usage before manufacturing begins, protecting our lakes and rivers just as Swachh Bharat transformed national habits. Ganesh Chaturthi was created to work in harmony with nature through sacred practices like Patra Puja (21 medicinal leaves) and clay idol immersion. Today, celebrations face PoP pollution, commercial noise, and health hazards. I request your guidance on 3 key actions: Early Guidelines: Mandate natural clay months in advance to protect sculptors and stop PoP use. Vedic Revival: Promote Patra Puja and clay idols. Sacred Spaces: Keep mandapams peaceful and free from noise pollution. Kindly read the attached PDF file for the detailed proposal. Thank you for your leadership. Yours sincerely, Sreedhar Thangella

Our sages linked daily duties with culture; Diwali cleaning is a prime example. When tied to tradition, people naturally follow it. Diwali cleaning produces reusable - books, toys, utensils, clothes, furniture, electronics etc.In the U.S., Recycling Centers and charities collect reusable items, reducing landfill waste, protecting the environment, enabling reuse, refurbishing furniture, and recovering materials like gold. We can ask citizens to not throw away such items but give it to those who need them. From Government setup temporary Diwali recycling centers; government pickup via phone/app for large items; and scheduled community collection days with recycling trucks. Collected items can be reused—electronics for scrap, furniture refurbished, books to schools, toys to anganwadis, essentials to poor families at nominal cost. Abandoned vehicles can also be removed for scrap value, improving cleanliness. Public awareness slogans + Maan Ki Baat will motivate citizens to do so. Thanks.
