To Prime Minister of India Sir It is responsiblilty of every human to protect the natural resources and conserve environment. But it has been observed that the trees which comes under proposed mine area are removed without any preservation of old trees and plants to other places by transplantion & rehabilitation using machineries and agencies expertise in this field. Recently Goverment of India proposed new parliament building CENTRAL VISTA where around 1800 tress transplanted to other places from the proposed site for the new parliament building of india by using machinery and tools and many of them may survive. The coal industry just extract coal and selling the raw coal material to other thermal power plants without much value additions to it. This revenue should be utilized to protects old trees & other plants by transplantion rather than mercilessly cutting trees. It is sad to see such devastation of natural plants and you are requested to take necessary measures. REGARDS

Training Panchayat/Municipal council/City corporation members _____ Sir, Above elected members play a vital role between residents n administration. Also, residents will always look to elected members for guidance in various matters. Unfortunately, some elected members do not know rules OR some due to their business connections hardly impartial. Hence,I suggest that as a matter of knowledge n for better services to the people, an orientation program may be held for all elected members for 2 days after their election. One day to understand rules reg payment of tax, water n electricity bills, gas n drainage connection, rules governing construction activities, viz, road margin, space margin in construction site, shade margin, correct rules for planting plants in residential roads etc.2nd day for participating/conducting meetings better n also to serve better impartially. I am confident that this will benefit residents n minimise litigation between members. Request the meeting for better
