Not 1 attempt seen by them ! Not 1 govt record on performance of Judiciary ! is judiciary not Indian , not working 4 India so u don't mention it ! U talk of no more silos- But Y is it that in swach bharat - there is no comparison of India's best v/s other cities ? y can't the model be replicated & scaled ? where r we in the global world order ? not seen 1 using global templates U talk of learning from the best ! has india learnt anything from other countries ! Singapore got its ghettos & slums sorted completely in early 1970s & India we are seeing Geometric progression rise just Like our population -fm 3 crores to 150 crores , slums in Mumbai are now from few sq kms to thousand of sq kms & worse -population /crime equivalent of 10x of GCC in slums Not 1 Judiciary court in village >75 Years?

We are working in direction of reducing pollution but in Indore Bhumafias are ruining it by not leaving place of foot path. Green belt and set backs are not in their dictionary. Garages are converted in to shops specially in residential areas. Joining Plots and making multies making localities with out cross ventilation where you can not live with out light, and A.C during day time. 90% drivers do not have skill of parking the car hence leaving on roads. If possible kindly depute NGT team whom I can show encroachment on roads, foot path, Green belts and cutting trees without permissions. Like this how city will become smart city and pollution free. Please help me as if a person can live for 100 years I am left with 20 years to live. Due Bhumafias and corruption in SAHKARITA DEPARTMENT backed by corrupt politicians life will finish when do not know. Admin plays passing the buck complaint to collector goes to deputy to Tehsildar, to level below finally to same corrupt person.

Please consider me as skill developer and tester of driving vehicles. Existing system of testing is not perfect. Also I can work on Traffic Management of Cities, wrong parking andTraffic Jams. Accidents also can be reduced by 20% if systematic and digital management is done. I could have done it free but having no pension and earning for my lively hood hence asking for money doing it. I will make it and implement in Indore then whole country can copy like other leadership schemes. I have 40+ years experience in the field. Unfortunately we think only IAS and IPS can do it. I suggest consider Engineer with Management qualification and see results.

In smart & pure city, houses and offices should be only in duplex form and four sides open at a distance of minimum 15 feet so that problem in one house or office could affect others. Secondly, these should not be sold to anyone. These should be provided on lease or rent for 10-25 -50 years with maintenance & cleaning at reasonable price without any trouble. After that it can be renewed again. Thirdly, these should be provided first to those who are free from the followings: Non-veg,l iquor, paan, bidi.cigretee, tobacoo, abuse Fourthly, internal structure of houses should be made rightly. There is a logical reason which can not be explained here.

To give a massive push for ele vehicles, we need to encourage existing fuel vehicles to get converted to ele vehicles atleast after 15 yrs of service.Now is the correct time to develop conversion kits so that country’s assets are not scrapped as per new law.High cost of petrol & danger of loosing vehicle which is a life time investment are biggest motivating factors for conversions. Govt incentives will attract startups with guarenteed markets for conversions & India will take a giant leap in reducing carbon imprint.It will give great relief to middle class who purchased a vehicle with life time savings. Higher class do not feel the pinch as changing cars frequently is a passion to them.But agony of middle class to buy a new car spending 5-6 lakhs suddenly with only scrap value to supplement the cost is unimaginable. Very few buy a 2nd car in a life time. Instead decision to scrap should be taken when vehicle do not confirm to pollution norms. Frequency of checking can be increased.

Hon'ble PM, I am an animal ecologists who has studied and researched in both Western and Eastern Himalaya. I would like to highlight the lack of opportunities for students and research scholars in the field of Environmental Sciences (EVS). Even when 1000 of faculties are recruited, not even single openings are there for EVS. Even many Central Universities and govt. Colleges have not opened EVS department. In the present scenario, there is urgent need to rejuvenate the EVS education as anthropogenic climate change is the most important challenge to humanity, particularly so in the Indian Himalayan region. With renewed focus on environmental education and sustainability from at college and University level, it will easier to achieve sustainable development and human well-being. I am positive that the present government under your dynamic leadership, will be able to build smarter and greener cities and villages throughout India. Thanking you.
