There should be district level education body with the purpose of educating the farmers on latest technologies. These institutions can also arrange seminars and workshops to help the farmers from different regions interact with each other and learn from each other.

just thought came2 mind that..
it said अच्छा हुआ भगवान ने अनाज किडे बनाए नही तो लोग उसे भी property की तरह use करते so...
actually human mind/intellectual/skill also like...अनाज/धान्य
simply..
if observe that any property/money 2/3 generation के बाद कभी टिकती नही & matter of skill/intellectual
वो तो उसी व्यक्ति तक सीमित रहती है generation2generation तो क्या
person 2person handover नही होती ..
वो उसी person को उसी hardwork से कमाना पडता है
such as ...अनाज खेती करो_समय दो_फलने दो_फीर पकाके then human food eating habit with proper& natural
then it's effect...
it's a natural rule & if parents upbringing their kids
with hardwork less facilities...will secure future of generation नही तो u cn see verious example
who waste their 4fathers property...bought up with facilities unknown 2 ground reality
anyways..
1_people habits can be boom 2 farming
eating fresh veg, less branded,no bargain, also can suggest
if supply chain food &dry veg so can use as powder in veg
small things helps...

Fertilizers are one tool farmers can’t do without. They help replenish the soil after each cropping season and allow for the growth of crops at yields that provide sustained global food production. However, nitrogen and phosphorus applied without consideration of 4R principles can lead to nutrient losses impacting both air and water quality.

I think about when I think of the future of fertilizer. Agriculture faces challenges, that while not new to the conversation today, they are vitally important to the future of our industry and the planet. Whether it’s finding sustainable ways to feed a growing global population or responding to environmental concerns at local levels, we will need to think creatively about fertilizer going forward.

“This partnership with Anuvia helps advance the sustainability strategy of both companies, as well as farmers,” Herges says. “On the water quality side, there’s improved nutrient efficiency due to slow-release nitrogen, with 70% being plant available and the remaining 30% providing availability over the growing season.”
